We provide small and medium-sized businesses, and individuals, with professional guidance plus vetted and competitively priced insurance, risk, compliance, HR, and wellness solutions. Our Services
We help clients identify risk, place insurance coverage with third-party carriers, and access advisory services covering risk management, compliance, human resources, and workplace wellness. We are an intermediary between you and the insurance carriers. We do not underwrite policies or guarantee that any carrier will offer, bind, or renew coverage. All coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and approval of the issuing carrier. Nothing on the Website constitutes a binder, a guarantee of coverage, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice.
Quotes and proposals are estimates based on the information you provide and remain subject to carrier review. Coverage is not bound, changed, or canceled until you receive written confirmation from us or the carrier.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Website and our services. By using the Website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of any business you represent.
SMS and Text Message Communications
With your consent, we send text messages (SMS) to the mobile number you provide. This section describes our messaging program and applies to all SMS communications from the Company.
Program description. Our SMS program supports customer service, account servicing, policy and renewal updates, appointment and document reminders, and responses to your requests. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from the Company at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and your interactions with us.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and your plan. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number unless you opt in again.
